REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
All our group activities, lessons, and after-school programs, take place in different locations, and enrollment is taken by different cities or directly from us. In order to cancel any group activities with THE SKATESIDE, please direct cancellations accordingly.

THE SKATESIDE REFUND :
If your enrollment is taken directly by THE SKATESIDE, not a city website, a non-refundable deposit of 5% of your total will be held if you cancel 48 hours before camp starts. Cancelling within 48 hours before the first day of group activities a total camp fee will be charged. There will be NO refunds for canceling within 48 hours before camp, during, or after the first day of camp.

If a credit is issued, credits expire 90 days from date of issue.

NOTE: Some cities might have different refund policies. You can contact each city directly to find out their exact policy.
MINIMUM ENROLLMENT:
If minimum enrollment is not reached a full refund will be issued. Note: 3% credit card fees are non-refundable. Different cities might have different charges.

PRORATION/DAILY RATES:
There are no daily rates or prorations allowed for any group activity. Rates are based on a weekly basis. Camp weeks may be shorter due to holidays and scheduled closed days. Check the DAY CAMPS schedule for (1) day options.

NO REFUND POLICY:
There is a strict no-refund policy. There will be no refund given for any reasons, including but not limited to:
Sick/Illness (Covid-19 Included)
Quarantining
Any Injury (Skateboarding Included)
Misconduct
Excess Vulgar Language
Bullying
Unsafe Behavior
Refusing to wear safety gear.
The student not wanting to be at camp.
Change of Schedule
Homesick

NO MAKEUP:
There is no makeup allowed for any reason including but not limited to participants getting sick (covid included) quarantining, not enjoying the program, getting injured, traffic, or having behavioral issues.

In case of rain, we will schedule a makeup for group classes/after school only.
If you’re unable to participate, the class will be forfeited.

NO TRANSFERRING:
We do not transfer to alternate students or prorate days to future weeks. Transferring to a different student or any other services (privates, groups, B-Day Party, etc.) is not allowed. There are no credits given to apply to other services. Students can only participate in the week they are registered. There are no daily rates or splitting your camp week into multiple days for separate weeks.

RAIN (or other acts of nature):
In case of rain, lessons will be canceled at least (1) hr ahead of the scheduled time. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR EMAIL before leaving the house for the lesson. In case of rain, we will schedule a make-up. If you are unavailable to make up the class with the options provided, your class will be forfeited.
